BUSY WEEK FOR SALES AT ILOFT

The fall weather, along with the fall market, has arrived! Sales at the iLoft have definitely picked up in the last 2 weeks since the 'back to school' and 'back to work' feeling is upon us. Both of the 13 series units I had for sale in this building conditionally sold and just firmed up this week. It seems as though the 2 bedroom units are the most popular in the building and buyers are (at least this week) really pushing to own those spaces. I have one more 1 bedroom unit available with an attractive view (20th floor east facing view) and even more attractive price point...$289 000! It's a great unit and worth seeing!
